Esther had been incredibly professional Рand successful Рwith our first claim. We are in the process of appealing a separate claim because of an unsupported denial of the claim. The wealth of evidence supporting the facts in the case is indisputable. I told Esther that the German Government cannot “get away” with their unfounded denial. We are and will continue to fight them until the end. I feel confident that Esther’s appeal package will be successful in overturning the ruling. Thankfully my mother knows of the success of her first claim. The funds will never bring her family back but there is a satisfaction that the Germans have acknowledged their guilt during the Shoah.
